In the works
Approved ยท lacrosse performancePerformance modules โ men's lacrosse
A full athletic-performance volume for the boys' and men's game: sprint speed, change-of-direction and reactive agility, reaction work, and strength progressions. Every drill and benchmark has to trace to published evidence before it ships โ no source, no session.
Performance modules โ women's lacrosse
The same four qualities โ speed, agility, reaction, strength โ built for the girls' and women's game, with the landing, cutting and deceleration mechanics from the published injury-prevention research coached inside the agility and strength work.
Neuromuscular warm-up block
A 15โ20 minute neuromuscular warm-up in the style of the established prevention programs (PEP / FIFA 11+), built into the women's performance volume and usable on its own at any practice. Free for every coach โ injury-prevention basics should not sit behind a paywall.
Testing protocols in the player tracker
Standard sprint, agility and jump tests recorded in the tracker, with personal-best history for each athlete. Results are personal progress only โ no governing body publishes youth cutoffs, so the app never ranks a player against one.
Coming soon
On the roadmapSoccer module
The first new sport as the app grows into a multi-sport platform (working name: SidelineReady). A full soccer coaching module โ skills plus performance โ built on the same pattern as lacrosse, in the decided order: soccer first.
Basketball module
The second new sport, after soccer: court-sport skills and performance, with the performance framework ported to basketball's demands rather than copied across.
Hockey module
The third new sport, after basketball: hockey skills and performance content, held to the same evidence and review standard as everything else here.
One platform for every sport
The behind-the-scenes work that lets each sport module share the same practice builder, player tracker and account, so a coach working in two sports signs in once. Timing is approved: it begins as soon as the performance modules show their first results.
Engagement reporting you can trust
Snapshot-based usage reporting for the team behind the app: key numbers defined once, recorded once and never rewritten, so decisions about what to build next rest on evidence instead of guesses.
Audit log for operator actions
An append-only record of operator actions โ plan grants, support changes and the like โ so anything done on an account can be reviewed afterwards.
Retention cohort reporting
Reporting, defined the careful way, that shows whether coaches stick with the program season over season โ so the weak spots in the experience get found and fixed.
Stronger release checks
Every update will have to pass a fuller automated acceptance gate โ database-rule checks, a live smoke test and secret scanning โ before it can ship.
Game-day mode
Lineups plus substitution and rotation tracking on game day, so playing time stays fair and every player gets their minutes.
Printable practice plans
Print any practice plan, or save it as a PDF, and take it to the field on a clipboard.
Calendar export
Send practices and games straight to your calendar app, so the whole week sits in one place.
Player development reports
A shareable progress snapshot for parents, built from the player tracker and testing results โ what their player has worked on and how they are coming along.
Practice timer
An interval and whistle timer inside the session runner, so drills stay on time without a separate stopwatch app.
Assistant-coach sharing
Share plans with your assistant coaches with view and run access, so the whole staff works from the same page.
Parent view (read-only)
A read-only view for parents: the schedule and their own player's development โ nothing else.
Spanish language option
The app's content available in Spanish, so more coaches and families can use it in the language they prefer.
