What is stored

If you never sign in, nothing leaves your device except the page requests needed to load the app. On your device, these are kept in browser storage:

• The practice you are building and any practices you have saved.
• Your favorites, your chosen game (girls or boys), and which weeks you have marked done.

If you sign in, these are stored in your account:

• Your email address and account identifier, from Google sign-in or an email link.
• The practices you save and the practice you are currently building.
• Your settings, and favorites if you sync them.
• Anything you type into the player tracker: player names, skills, 1–5 ratings, notes and dates.

About the tracker: it is built for a coach's own notes about their own players. If you record information about a child, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for what you write. Keep it to what you need for coaching.

What is not collected

• No advertising or analytics trackers. The app ships none, and does not set advertising cookies.
• No location, contacts, camera or microphone access.
• No payment card details — card data is handled by the payment provider, never by this app.

Who processes it

Sign-in, database, file hosting, background functions and push notifications run on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). If subscriptions are enabled, billing is processed by Stripe. Push notifications are delivered by your browser's push service. These providers process data on our behalf; they are not given it to use for their own advertising.

How long it is kept

Until you delete it. Deleting your data in your account removes your saved practices, tracker entries and favorites from your account and from that device. If a backup exists, a deletion propagates as backups are replaced; backups are not used to bring deleted data back into active use.

Your choices

• Export: your account page downloads everything as a single JSON file.
• Delete: the same page deletes it, after typing a confirmation word.
• Leave: signing out removes this account's cached copy from the device. You can use the app signed out indefinitely.
