The coaching content is a plan, not supervision

LACROSSE READY helps a coach plan and run practices. It does not supervise a session, does not replace a qualified coach, and cannot prevent injury. You are responsible for the safety of your session: the players you have, the space you have, the equipment you have, the rules of your league, and any medical or safeguarding requirements that apply to you.

Age and contact restrictions in the app are written against the rule sets named on each item. Rules vary by country, state and league, and they change. Check your own rulebook. Where the app states a rule, treat it as a pointer to the rule, not as the rule.

Every item currently shows that it has not yet been through qualified safety review. That is stated on the item and on printed plans, and it is not a formality — a qualified reviewer has not yet gone through this material.

Using the app

• Use it for coaching. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or resell it.
• Do not upload or enter content you have no right to use.
• Keep your account access secure, and do not share an account with another coach.
• Content is licensed for your coaching use, not for republication as your own product.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Shown before you pay: the price, the billing interval and the renewal terms are displayed before you confirm, and the amount charged is the amount shown.
• Renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled.
• Cancellation: cancel from your account. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and that date is shown to you. You do not have to contact support to cancel.
• Nothing is deleted when access ends: practices you made stay readable and exportable. You keep building new ones once you are within your plan's limit.
• Refunds: because access is delivered immediately, we do not refund partial periods: a monthly payment is not refunded part-way through the month, and an annual payment is not refunded part-way through the year. If you cancel, the plan simply does not renew.
• Refund exceptions: if you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged for a period when the service was unusable because of a fault on our side, contact us at admin@dontbeabump.com and we will put it right, including a refund where that is the right fix. When a refund is issued, paid access ends on the day of the refund.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails, your access continues while Stripe retries the card; nothing is cut off mid-period for a failed payment.
• Price changes: a change to a price you are paying is notified before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

Availability and change

The app is provided as-is; features may change and may be unavailable. Content that is found to be wrong or unsafe can be withdrawn, and withdrawn content stops being recommended. A copy you have already printed or exported cannot be recalled — that limitation is real and is stated here rather than hidden.
